I have been practising meditation with FISU since 2010. Working in a stressful role within financial services, I sought a way to manage anxiety at work. Meditation has proven to be an incredibly effective tool. After regular practice, I quickly realized that external factors no longer stressed me out. It has also given me inner strength and confidence through two key elements: greater self-awareness and the courage to work on myself and address my “blind spots.”

I also attribute my early promotion to meditation, which equipped me with essential skills: maintaining a cool head under pressure, resolving conflicts effectively, improving focus, and presenting with confidence—something that used to make me a bundle of nerves.

In my personal life, meditation has allowed me to develop a greater sense of authenticity and genuinely understand myself better, which has positively impacted my relationships. It has also helped me set boundaries with people when something didn’t feel right.

Lastly, the guidance and support that Rajesh and Jasmini have provided throughout the years have been invaluable. Their wisdom has helped me make good decisions and navigate life with clarity and purpose.
