I discovered the FISU website while searching for meditation classes. Curious about their approach to spiritual unfoldment, I was excited to find classes available nearby. After an initial phone call with my teacher, we met in person to see if we were a good match. Although I was nervous, her warm welcome and friendly hug put me at ease. She thoroughly explained the FISU method, answered my questions, and encouraged me to take time before committing.
Over the next four months, we met regularly, and the results were transformative. Within weeks, my anxiety and stress levels dropped noticeably. I felt calmer, more focused, and energized. A work project I had dreaded for months, involving numerous events over one week, no longer felt overwhelming. Thanks to my teacher’s guidance and regular meditation practice, it turned into a week of celebration instead.
FISU has truly enhanced my life. Beyond reducing anxiety, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of my emotions and improved patience in daily challenges. Though I’m still growing, I’m proud of my progress and grateful for this journey. For me, a good day always starts the FISU way.
