Speciality Meditation Courses

These courses run on demand at our main teaching centers and may be offered residentially or non-residentially over weekends or midweek.

Each session is guided by Rajesh or teachers with direct, personal experience in the specific subject matter.

While you will learn the same foundational techniques as in the regular course, special focus is placed on addressing specific topics, and personalized techniques will be provided to help you overcome particular challenges. Some sessions will feature guest speakers who will share their personal journeys and how meditation has brought transformation into their lives.

Meditation for Overcoming Depression

Depression can significantly impact our lives, but it can be effectively managed and even overcome through meditation. This course is designed to address the root causes of diminished self-esteem and self-worth, helping to gently rebuild and elevate these essential foundations.

This course focuses on embracing and celebrating your identity, emphasizing how to be proud of being gay. It goes beyond stereotypes, guiding you toward self-acceptance, inner strength, and resilience, empowering you to remain confident and unaffected by others’ opinions. 

FISU Meditation offers specific benefits to the LGBTQ community by providing a space for deep self-reflection and healing, helping to process and release past experiences of discrimination, rejection, or internalized negativity.
