After starting my career in 1988 with the Andalusian Public Administration, I spent years managing European funds for companies—an engaging and rewarding role. However, the intense demands of work and interpersonal challenges began to take a toll. Hurtful comments, slander, and emotional burdens consumed me, leaving me distracted and struggling to cope.

For years, I sought solutions through seminars and self-help, but nothing brought lasting change until I discovered FISU Meditation. This practice became a turning point in my life, helping me manage stress, improve relationships, and regain focus. Meditation transformed my recurring negative thoughts into fleeting moments, enabling me to approach problems with clarity, compassion, and self-awareness.

The practice of Gurushakti has been invaluable, allowing me to face professional challenges with resilience and empathy. By developing greater self-confidence and attentiveness, I’ve created a calmer and more positive environment for myself and those around me.
