Residential Meditation Courses

Our Residential Meditation Retreats and Courses, offered at various venues across the US, UK and internationally, are spread over two weekends. Costs vary depending on location and include accommodation and full board for both weekends (a total of 4 nights, with all meals provided). You will also receive training, guidance, and personal practice support throughout.

You may have heard about our unique and powerful meditation method, and below are the details of our residential retreats.

These retreats are typically held monthly throughout the year, depending on demand, with a minimum number of participants required. If you are interested in joining, please get in touch to express your interest, and we will inform you about upcoming course dates and locations.

The Residential Course spans two weekends followed by two private sessions. The syllabus has been thoughtfully designed to ensure participants gain the greatest benefit. Between weekends, you will be encouraged to continue practicing at home and are welcome to contact our centers for any extra support or guidance. The weekends are structured to be informative and easy to follow, with the teacher ensuring you fully understand how to meditate independently at home.

Each weekend is another step along the “Path of Unfoldment.” With no need to worry about cooking or household chores, you can focus on relaxing and learning. Our residential centers are comfortable, ideal for this kind of retreat, and often located in peaceful countryside settings or near a town.

You will find this course to be an enriching and deeply relaxing experience. Our meditation practice is profound and cannot be effectively taught in a short time; it requires consistent practice and validation sessions to ensure correct technique and assimilation of its benefits.

WEEKEND ONE

The Preparatory Technique & Checking Sessions:

This weekend, you will be introduced to the Preparatory Technique—a simple yet deeply impactful meditation practice that readies you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for the more advanced techniques presented later in the course. This technique promotes deep physical relaxation and rejuvenation, offering significant benefits to both the body and central nervous system. With consistent practice, the mind and heart begin to expand, setting the stage for the advanced methods you will encounter in the following weekends. Additionally, regular practice fosters self-discipline and personal growth.

Another key purpose of the Preparatory Course and these weekend sessions is to provide important insights and knowledge that will help you understand various experiences you may encounter, both during and outside of meditation. This ensures you grasp the true significance of these experiences.

By the end of the weekend, you will be well-prepared to meditate independently at home, allowing you to fully enjoy the transformative benefits of this powerful practice. Consistency and dedication are vital for balanced, integrated progress, and serve as preparation for the advanced practices that will further accelerate your spiritual development.

WEEKEND TWO

Brief Check, Tratak, Pranayama & Gurushakti – Tuning into Universality:

This weekend, you will not only revisit and validate your experiences since the last session but also learn the practice of Tratak. Tratak is a powerful method that enables focused attention without forced concentration, making the mind a more effective tool in the process of inner unfoldment.

During the first weekend, we used the Mantra, or the sense of sound, to journey inward. Now, we introduce a new element, using the sense of sight in this visual practice to achieve the same goal—going deeply within ourselves. This practice complements and enhances the Mantra meditation, and they work together harmoniously. You will also be introduced to Pranayama, a breathing technique that helps integrate vital energy into your system. Pranayama increases your vibration, aids in digestion, helps with constipation, clears obsessive thoughts, and can assist in managing temper and irrational behavior.

Additionally, the Gurushakti practice will be taught, enabling you to tap into universal energies and bring them into your daily life outside of meditation. Gurushakti is a Universal Spiritual force consisting of the Universal Energy Source, Universal Wisdom, and Universal Love. With consistent practice over time, you will begin to feel the uplifting, sustaining, and strengthening power of Gurushakti, which will significantly accelerate your spiritual growth. The benefits of this practice accumulate, and the longer you engage with it, the more profound the results will be.

FINAL PRIVATE MEETING

Full Techniques & Validation

The final session, whether held in-person, online, or non-residentially, marks your initiation into the Full Techniques, where you receive your personal mantra and begin using it in meditation. 

This Mantra is uniquely attuned to your individual vibration, and you will also learn additional techniques that are aligned with your personal energy to support and accelerate your spiritual growth.

A follow-up checking session will address any remaining questions or challenges you may have encountered during the validation process. You will also have the opportunity to listen to recordings on topics related to Meditation and Spiritual Unfoldment. Additionally, you will be invited to attend our Deepening Courses, known as “Togatherings.” These Togatherings are designed to deepen your meditation practice and provide further insight into the philosophy behind our teachings.
